All services are automatically delivered after successful payment confirmation. In rare verification cases, activation may take up to 48 hours.
Account Restriction or Termination
Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund under the following conditions:
- Modification or manipulation of license software files
- Sharing service access with third parties
- Providing false identity or fraudulent information
- Abuse or spam of support services
Manufacturer: Refers to the original software vendor providing the license.
Refund Policy & License Terms
IMPORTANT: All licenses sold are digital services.
- Only system licenses may be considered for refund before activation and subject to approval.
- All digital products, software licenses, virtual licenses, and activated services are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once issued, delivered, downloaded, or activated.
- Digital licenses cannot be cancelled, returned, transferred, or reused after activation under any circumstances.
- Refund requests based on non-usage of a delivered service are not accepted.
- Server configuration issues, compatibility problems, or technical limitations on the customer’s server do not qualify for refunds.
- If an entire billing period has passed, refunds are not applicable.
- Original licenses such as Windows Server or other third-party software follow manufacturer policies and are non-refundable after activation.
- Manufacturer or vendor rules apply only prior to license activation.
- All wallet credits, balance deposits, and account funds are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
- By purchasing any service, the customer confirms acceptance of this non-refund policy.
Disclaimer
License systems are professionally maintained. While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, availability may depend on third-party manufacturers and external systems beyond our control.
Service Renewal
Users must renew services before the due date. Non-renewed services may become blocked and later cancelled. Reactivation after deletion may require a new setup fee.
Agent & License Transfer Policy
License transfers between users or agents require confirmation via support ticket from the current license owner.
If ownership cannot be verified, proof of server ownership may be required and setup fees may apply again.
